The software receives appointments and updates from the back-office whilst enabling the mobile operative to capture essential data such as timesheets, parts used, customer signatures and certificates.

Your engineer will have the ability to pick up appoints related to quoted works and call outs right thought to preventative planned maintenance with details task and asset maintenance.

IBMS:Lite can be installed on any Microsoft Windows based laptop or netbook. Our semi-ruggedized tablet netbook provides an ideal platform for your mobile operatives.

This rugged scanner features a rubberized pistol-grip and trigger guard and is sealed to IP54 standards for operation in dirty and harsh conditions including extreme temperatures and humidity. The 100 scan per second handheld barcode scanner weighs just 7.4 ounces, and withstands drops of up to 6.5 feet onto concrete. Designed for aggressive reading of poorly printed and damaged barcodes, it well suited for commercial retail environments, warehouses and back-office retail applications including shipping and receiving.
